And the lessons didn’t arrive in order or with a neat explanation. They unfolded in their own rhythm, falling into three natural phases: the Unravelling, the Remembering, and the Becoming. It’s only now, looking back, that I can see how each part was quietly preparing me for the next, even in the moments that felt chaotic, unfair, or completely out of my depth.
But that’s the thing about truth.
It rarely arrives fully formed.
It arrives as whispers, friction, patterns, discomfort… and eventually, clarity.
And if you’re anything like me, you spend a good few years trying to negotiate with it.
THE UNRAVELLING ~ WHEN TRUTH STARTS TO BREAK THROUGH
The Unravelling was the chapter of my life where everything I’d been holding together with sheer willpower finally started showing its cracks. I didn’t see it as guidance then, I saw it as failure, interruption, inconvenience. But those moments were actually the first signs that truth was trying to get my attention.
Life has a way of stripping back what no longer fits, long before we feel ready to let it go.
The burnout.
The repeated patterns.
The “I can’t keep doing this” moments.
At the time, it felt messy. Later, it made perfect sense.
Truth was preparing me, not punishing me.
THE REMEMBERING ~ WHEN TRUTH FINALLY FEELS FAMILIAR
The Remembering didn’t arrive with fireworks.
It arrived quietly, like a knowing I’d felt before but never stayed still enough to trust.
This phase was where I began to see myself clearly, without the masks, the roles, the pleasing, the performing. It wasn’t about becoming someone new. It was about returning to the woman I’d always been underneath everything life had layered on top of me.
And remembering doesn’t happen in one moment. It happens in small, almost unremarkable choices:
- saying no a little sooner
- resting before you break
- listening to the nudge instead of dismissing it
- telling the truth out loud for the first time
This phase teaches you that your intuition isn’t random. It’s your roadmap.
THE BECOMING ~ WHEN TRUTH STARTS TO MOVE YOU FORWARD
Becoming is where truth stops being something you think about and starts being something you live.
It’s where the whisper becomes a direction. Where the inner quiet roar becomes movement.
Where your voice becomes clearer than your fear.
This life transition and chapter is never about perfection, it’s about alignment.
It’s about stepping forward even when you don’t feel ready.
It’s about trusting that the woman you are becoming already exists, you’re just catching up with her.
And the beautiful thing?
When you begin to live your truth, you naturally give others permission to explore theirs.
WHY THIS MATTERS FOR YOU
You might be somewhere inside your own Unravelling, Remembering, or Becoming right now. You might be feeling the whisper you’ve been trying to push away. You might be noticing the cracks in the parts of your life that no longer fit. You might be feeling that quiet nudge toward something more aligned, even if you can’t name it yet.
Wherever you are, know this:
Your truth isn’t trying to break you.
It’s trying to guide you.
And when you allow yourself to follow it, gently and slowly, everything begins to change. Not overnight, and not always in the way you expect, but in the way your soul has been asking for.
This is the tremendous value of allowing truth to transform you.
It doesn’t demand dramatic leaps.
It asks for honesty, willingness, and the courage to listen.
And the moment you do, the dots begin to join themselves.
THE MOMENT I STOPPED NEGOTIATING WITH MY PURPOSE
Here’s the real truth: The Quiet Roar arrived at the exact moment I stopped talking myself out of my calling.
I could feel something in me stretching, expanding, asking me to step forward with more honesty, visibility, and impact. Writing this book wasn’t about adding something shiny to my name. It was about honouring the life I’d lived, the heartbreaks, the miracles, the messy middle and offering it as a trail of light for the women who are still in their own dark chapters.
And the moment I surrendered to complete writing it, I realised something unexpected:
It wasn’t just my story I was telling.
It was an invitation for other women to see theirs more clearly.
I am thrilled to have you here, you are joining a space where truth and trust lead conversations, acceptance of time being divine and that tests and transitions are life. A space to get tooled up, you are ready now. WELCOME
